12 Months Same as Cash!

Do you need financing help, but want to avoid paying the financed cost?  There’s a solution, we offer a 12 Months Same as Cash finance plan for all of our properties.

How does this work?

• It’s simple, pay off your loan with 12 equal payments and we will give you the cash price for the property. 
• Although, this must be agreed upon at the time your closing documents are signed.

Do I need to make a down payment?

• You can if you like, but it’s not required.

Are there any additional monthly fees?

• Nope, we waive the Note Servicing & Pre-Paid Taxes Fees

What is the Interest Rate for this Loan?

• 0% Percent.  That’s right, we do not charge interest on properties purchased using this plan

No Credit Check

• Your credit is your business. Our seller financed loans are secured by the land itself
• Title does not transfer until the last payment is made
