Description
Whether you’re looking for an action-packed trip or a relaxing getaway, we invite you to escape the ordinary with a vacation that’s extraordinary. Whether you decide to camp your RV, settle down in your Tiny Home, or even build your dream getaway, this parcel is perfect for you. Don’t miss your chance to own property nearby one of the 7 Wonders of the World, the amazing Grand Canyon.
Best of all, this great parcel has super-easy access in an increasingly-popular area. Located just one turn off the main highway, then drive down the dirt road for a couple miles and you’re there. There are a couple structures near this lot, but they appear to be seasonal as there was no evidence of anyone currently residing full-time on those properties. This parcel has a pretty fantastic view of Mount Humphries in the distance which was still snow-capped when we were there.
This property is a short drive south of the brand new Clear Sky Resort. While that specific resort is located several miles north, there were a couple of the same type of dome cabins on the road to the property. If you look at the way the roads are uniquely designed in that area between the highway and this parcel, It’s pretty apparent that there is more than one outfit building luxury Glamping destinations in the area.
The land it self is pretty level, but there is a slope up in the NE corner which appears to get filled up with water during heavy rains or snow-melt. The best part (in my opinion) is that you’re only 30 minutes from I-40 and the town of Williams, but also only about 30-40 minutes from the entrance to the Grand Canyon. All-in-all, this one property is pretty sweet.

Flagstaff, Arizona
Soon after Arizona became American territory from Mexico in 1848, the U.S. Congress began to explore the Nation’s new territories, Between 1857 and 1860, Lt. Edward Beale was sent to build a road across northern Arizona. He sent glowing reports to Congress, telling them how the Flagstaff area was rich in grasslands, water and timber. Once the Beale Road was established it became well traveled by emigrants going to California. On July 4, 1876, a group of travelers camped at a small spring with the peaks looming overhead. In honor of the nation’s centennial, they stripped a pine tree of its branches and bark and raised an American flag. When they moved on, their “flag staff” became a landmark for all of those who followed.
Located in the high country mountains of northern Arizona, Flagstaff’s four seasons are enviable by many. Winter adventures await in Arizona’s officially designated Winter Wonderland with an average 108″ of snow fall in downtown, while Spring offers breathtaking beauty of blooms in the world’s largest contiguous emerald green ponderosa pine forest.
Summer temperatures average in the low 80s with sapphire blue skies and crisp mountain air, while the bounty continues into Fall with a panoramic canvas of quaking aspen and foliage offering hues of reds and purples.
